Hydraulic systems, such as those found in the forestry industry (mechanized logging systems) and hydraulic assemblies (subcomponents of hydraulic cylinders and jacks), use parts that often have specific shapes or empty sections. This type of part is ideal for foundry processes. By casting parts rather than fabricating them from steel plates or bars, it’s possible to achieve a more optimal result while reducing manufacturing costs.

The foundry also allows the use of custom alloys which can improve/modify the properties of the parts. Thanks to the casting process, it’s possible to adapt the chemical composition of the parts to meet precise specifications. Custom parts created in this way may perform better than certain types of standard steel
